But the sun was shining so after breakfast we decided to take a walk into the village along the beach.
Taghazoute is a small coastal village but because of it's superb beach has changed from what used to be a "hippy" place back in the 70's to a "cool" surfing centre. However it still retains it's Moroccan character and we enjoyed a stroll around, visiting the fisherman, who sold their catch direct from their boats - they even prepared it for you as well - and lunching off really great pizzas in The Spot, a bamboo restaurant over a couple of shops.
Then afterwards a stroll back along the rocks - the tide had come in.

Time now for some serious sun tanning. We'd parked the van in the shade of some argon trees - they produce an oil similar to olive oil but apparently more flavoursome and versatile - so it was relatively cool, like 26 deg, but had left enough room to get the chairs out.
Late afternoon we rejoined friends for "beer-o-clock" and were in turn joined by other Brits from the forums for a pleasant evening around a charcoal fire, enjoying another brilliant sunset, with a new moon. Look closely at this photo and you will see that the crescent is at the bottom.
Tomorrow we're planning to take the local bus into Agadir.
